How to test, that OpManager 9 failover is working?

- How to test, if OpManager 9 failover is working properly?
- Why the OpManager 9 failover (standby) server is complaining that "port 80 is already occupied"?
- Why the NetFlow plugin shows "Page cannot be displayed", even if the ssl is first enabled in OpManager and after that in NetFlow plugin?
