Hi,

 

I'm runing SupportCenter Plus 7905 on MSSQL and would like to run Query Report which will feedback the following info:

1) Support Rep name

2) Last 20 actions

3) Date each action started

4) Status of each action (Request Open_Close)

 

I found something simmilar at: http://forums.manageengine.com/topic/track-last-user-actions. But the report it is not structured well and I canot trace action time.
