Scan only OU in a domain... not an entire domain?

Is there any way to force domain scanning to a particular OU instead of the entire domain? I am looking at using ADManager Plus again, as I have used it before, but our company was acquired a couple years ago and integrated in to another domain managed by our parent company. I manage our OU in that domain, which has around 500 computers and users. The problem occured when IT management saw ADManager Plus scanning the domain at a global level instead of just looking in our OU structure... and asked me to stop.

If I can configure ADManager Plus to only scan in a particular OU on our domain for users/computers, then this would be great... otherwise I need to look elsewhere.
