NTFS Reporting In ADManager Plus Trial
Hi,
Im trying out the trial version of ADManager Plus Trial to see if its something we might be interested in but I am having a problem with the NTFS Reporting.
Im am trying this on a win 7 64bit machine. our environment is running exchange 2007.
I login under the default admin\admin since it will not let me login with my domain creds. i get the error "your acct is not configured as a helpdesk technician". I assume i cant use my creds since this is a trial version ?
Under the domain settings in ADManager Plus I have entered my creds successfully.
So I go to AD Reports > More > NTFS Reports > Permissions For Folders to run my report.
Whether I enter the Shared resource path manually or click the Change Path button, makes no difference.
I get nothing either way.
When I click get shares after I select the computer I get the error "No Shares Found (Or) No Permission to access the server".
This is an important feature I am interested in which might decide whether or not I push for my boss to purchase this.
Any help or ideas ?
