remove/delete site
I called for support last week and was told by 'Jerry' that someone would call me back within 30 minutes. I'm still waiting. I have several sites that were created when we first put ServiceDeskPlus to use. Now I want to delete those sites. I have already moved all assets and users to the correct department within the correct site however I can not delete the old sites. When I try to delete an old site I get a message saying that the site is in use in another module. How do I delete old

Hello, I'm running Opmanager with the NCM and Netflow addons. I've read a few posts saying that Opmanager doesn't store syslog entries. Having a historical record of all syslog messages is very useful for troubleshooting. Is there a way to make it dump all received syslog messages to a file? i.e. like a normal unix system. Purchasing module in ServiceDesk Plus?
This module has always seemed like a very odd fit for an IT Helpdesk product and I'm a little confused as to why it's there, but I think AdventNet are too. 8.1 Build 8103 - Editing multiple requests/incidents - BROKEN
Hello - We are currently using ServiceDesk 8.1 Build 8103. We are unable to select multiple tickets at the same time to set groups, categories, etc. When we select multiple requests > Actions > Edit Request, a blank screen comes up and only displays the option to close the window. We have tried it with multiple browsers. Google Chrome 18.0.1025, Firefox 11.0, and IE 9.0. It happens with each browser. Thanks, Chris

Hi! I've updated OpManager to the newest HotFix 8722. Since the point of installation all SMS are cut after 125 signs and a second SMS containing the rest of the signs of the alarm is sent. Problem after update to 7021
After form 7001 to 7021 it is not possible anymore to change the field IPAddress under Settings/Device Rule. We have the premium license. In version 7001 the help shows: If the Firewall Analyzer is not receiving the logs directly from the Firewall device (i.e., the logs are received from a log forwarder tool), to fetch the rules from the Firewall device, configure the IP Address of the actual Firewall. Configure the IP Address, using Secondary Info > IP Address field. Is this a bug or the new behavior?

All, Is there a way, how to monitor SMS queue on OpManager ? We have some troubes with Cell Operator and sometimes GSM modem is not working. I would like to see an email notification if SMS queue is more than 5 messages during 20 minutes.

APC UPS alarms incorrectly
We have APC UPS's installed with AP9630 MGMT cards. When running on batteries the device correctly alarms. However, when the UPS is operating on SmartTrim, the device is flagging as running on batteries, which is technically correct but the UPS is only compensating for an irregular input voltage. The device profiles for APC UPS seem to alarm on everything apart from condition onLine(2). Is it possible for me to edit the default behaviour of the APC UPS template to also ignore when upsBasicOutputStatus

admin account doesn't have admin permissions
I'm not sure what I have done but somehow our technician accounts no longer have admin rights. I can log into them but I'm unable to change the permission levels for them. I thought I would be able to log in as a Local Adminisrator and do this but the Local Administrator account is the same. Is there a SQL query I can run to change the admin rights for the technicians?
