Why changed the dropdown from the account in the Add contact?
It' became quite a mess, because now, even if you don't have permission to create an account, it allows it!!

There's only 2 possibilities:
1. Either you search any part of the name (if you type Accou, it must appear anything that contains accou, for example: "Account" ou "User Account"
2. Rollback to the dropdown!
