Hello all, remember me?

 

I haven't been on here for a while for reasons some of you are well aware of, so I maybe out of touch on what has been going on but was wondering if anyone out there could help me understand the follwing

The ZohoWiki pages don't appear to have been updated since 23rd July?

I don't think I am getting Release Notifications.  Please advise which sticky forum post I should be watching to know when Releases and Hotfixes come out so I don't have to keep going on to the site to check.

Is there still no take up on my, and many others offers of Beta testing?  Seems the forum has bought up some significant issues on the new release that make people want to downgrade.  Not good for all parties concerned when updating the system in a live environment.

Like the notion of adding the We Will Think About It, In Next Hotfix etc, particualrly in the ideas section, something I tried to get actioned long ago as it was being used to great effect to show your customers on the ServiceDesk forum what items would, or wouldn't be in the release to avaoid us chasing time and time again.  The options are there, but there are two that have had these options used against them, all other ideas are marked as unanswered.  If you say that it will be in the next release, or something that will be helpful, in the forum post, please then place this post in the appropriate ideas category, or add more categories.

If you want to move things to We Will Think About it, which doesn't seem that useful to me, maybe this should be a Please Vote category, where things that you think are nice ideas or things that could be implemented should be put in dependant on the number of votes?
