Direct Connection and machines on the WAN
Trying to get a better understanding on what I need to configure.
I have my DEsktop Central/Service Desk machine, with direct access to the internet.
I'd love to manage my machines out in the wild via Desktop Central.
Are there any other service ports that needs to be open?
What would be the best way to configure my agents to work from the WAN? (Scan and remote control)
Please advise.
