OpManager Enterprise Probe and Central Server Not Syncing

OpManager Enterprise Probe and Central Server Not Syncing

I'm seen an issue where my central server is not having all the devices from the probe be synced up.
 
The probe has 39 devices on it, and the central server only sees 12.
 
My alarms are also not syncing up, but I believe this is because the device exists on the probe, but not on the central server.  Has anyone else seen this, if so, how do I fix it?  I can't seem to find a way to force a sync.
