WAN Agent/Direct Connection
Hello all,
I have Desktop Central and Service Desk on a single server, that has direct access to the WAN.
I'd love to be able to manage my machines on the WAN with the connect option for remote control.
Right now, it appears I can manage items is install the LAN client on. When I try to control a machine outside the network, it act like its going to connect. Then goes to a waiting for screen.
When I try connecting to a machine on the network here (laptop) with the WAN agent, I get the same behavior. However, I can manage items with the lan agent installed.
Please advise as what is the best way to configure the agent on the wan.
