ADManager Plus Database Backup
Hi! We have just installed ADManager Plus on one of our Servers. Now I'm verifying the Backup of this machine. As our Backup Software (HP Data Protector 5.5) has no MySQL Integration I need a different way to Backup the Database. Are there any tools to perform this Operation? I could build a Script that Dumps the Data on Harddisk before we run the Backup but currently I don't have any login data for the mysql Database. Any help or recommendations will be appretiated. Storage Path Field
Hi, I am pretty new to ADManager Plus and have been playing around with the reports scheduler I want to run the 'All Users' report every day and then store the report on our network. The report runs ok but is stored on my C drive regardless what I put in the storage path field. I want to store the report in the following path: \\ottoukfp\i_drv\osg Can this be done and if so how? Removing all groups from users in a particular OU
Is it possible to remove ALL group memberships quickly from members of just one OU? I see how I can remove one group at a time, but not knowing all the groups they might be members of, it wouldn't save me anytime over just going into each user and removing it by hand. Is there a way to have ADManager Plus remove all group memberships for all users in 1 particular OU? Thanks, Danny
Delegate changing name
Hi, Is there a way to delegate changing naming fields (firstname, lastname, logonname...) for a user without delegate the hability to select different naming attributes ? I just want that the operator rename a user but can't change the format i set in the template. Thanks.

ADAudit time is out by one hour?
The reports and emails have started showing up an hour out. This has happened over two seperate ADAudit environments (we have ADAudit in Test and Production environments) so it is something strange as if the programs have both changed due to programming in them? I cannot see a way within the program to adjust the time to compensate for whatever is happening. The server time is correct and shows the correct time, but ADAudit does not. How can I fix this?

Manuall Install of Eventlog analyzer Agent
I am running the new version 8 and i need to install the agent on a host bhind a firewall. I cant install it from the EventLog Analyzer settings page because the RPC ports are not open. Is there a way to install the client agent manually? Once installed manually the only port between it and the Event Log server that needs to be open will be UDP 514 correct? Thanks

Does anyone know how to change the site of department from 'default settings' to something else? Can it be done with using the browser interface, or do I need to change it directly to the database?

audit for copying files from server to personal computer
I have a server with some files shared. A user copy some files to this computer that it is added in the same AD as the file server. Is there a way to track this¿? Because I can’t find a way to track it, I can only track a copy of a file or file if it is made in the server file server.
Sub-Catagory Name repeated
Hope someone can help with this it's driving me up a wall. When I open a ticket, choose a category for instance "Hardware", then I go to choose a sub-category like "Server Hardware" it appears like this "Server HardwareServer Hardware" and all my sub categories look like this regardless of what category I choose. cannot connect mysql on linux 64bit
I installed Application Manager 10 on linux 64bit (redhat enterprise 5.6). But when I access the login page, the default user/password (admin/admin) is invalid. Hi guys, We want to migrate from SupportCenter Plus (SCP) to ServiceDesk (SDP) Plus without losing Service Requests. I know that if I create a backup in SCP, it will fail if I try to restore it on SDP... but maybe there is a way to do it thru mysql procedures, because both of them are using mysql DB. ADSelfService Plus ability to have space in mobile phone number.
When using SMS as a way to reset/unlock account it would be good if it was possible to have spaces in the mobile number, as of today if you do have spaces in the phone number no SMS is sent. Also it would be very nice to have the application remove (0) from numbers as well.
Periodic thread dumps automated
I am monitoring glassfish servers (version 3.1.1) and I would like to configure application manager in such a way that it takes automatic thread dumps when the cpu utilization rises above a configured threshold limit. I tried different things like adding an action and alarm but I was unable to link it with the monitor. Can someone guide me through the steps? Where can I navigate to view these thread dumps? SDP doesn't allow Change Requester
Hi, I have a incident in my SDP MSP, and it was created with a wrong requester in wrong site. I have tried to change to correct site and requester but the SDP doesn't allow. The problem is that when I try to change the requester, the correct requester doesn't show me because the request is on the wrong site. And if I try to change site, the SDP doesn't show the correct site because the requester actually is wrong and it isn't on the correct site. Do you understand? Thanks! Pedro H.

Is it possible to use hours instead of days in the planner?
The current planner has a calendar function which only has teh days but we would like to use hours too. So for example the technician takes 4 off which we would like to see in the planner.

Virtual Machine Image
Is there any information out there on your Virtual Machine Image link? I download it, imported into my ESXi server, and ran it. There does not seem to be a NetFlow Analyzer install on it. I downloaded the Linux 64bit install, went through all the steps, but the Netflow Analyzer still is not starting. Are there any missing pieces to the Virtual Machine Image, or configuration steps other than setting the IP address?
1 Minute Data Storage Files or Tables
How do we access the 1-minute data? I have changed the setting to allow it to be stored for a year, but I don't see anything in the DstIf1Min or SrcIf1Min tables. After reading some posts it sounds like they are stored at files. Are the files in /Netflow/data/ these files? If so, how is the data in the 1 minutes files used? They don't seem to be saved as plain text, they are encoded somehow. And a side question: Is it possible to extend the length of time 10 min data is stored? Thanks for any
Set incorrect "All Router" SNMP community string... how to change?
When installing Netflow Analyzer I set an incorrect SNMP community string. Now, the global setting for "All Routers" is incorrect. If I click Set SNMP and try to change the community string for All Routers it says "Please enter the new Router name". Is there any way to change the SNMP community string already set up for the All Routers router name??
