Exception while loading MIB:Could not parse the file

F5 MIB's are not loading on OPManage build 9101.  Attached is the error message and the MIB in question (provided directly by the F5 gear in question).

Exception while loading MIB:Could not parse the file C:/PROGRA~2/MANAGE~2/OPMANA~1/./mibs/F5-BIGIP-COMMON-MIB.txt. The error occured at the line no: 17 ,column: 56.
