Problem to signal alarm for syslog messages

Hello,
I tried to give me alarms when receiving syslog messages but without success.
If I go under "Alarms" -> "Syslog Alarms" I still have nothing!
Under "Syslog Rules" I have only one rule and is configured in order to accept all messages.
The rule is set as:
Facility Name: Any
Severity: all checkbox checked
Match Text:
Alert Severity: Attention
Alarm Message: $Message
Number of Occurrences: 1
Time Inerval: 60

So, with this configuration I was sure to accept all syslog messages but nothing.
But if I go under the "SyslogViewer" windows I see the syslog messages. So, why in the "Alarms" -> "Syslog Alarms" I have nothing?
Any idea?
