Hi guys. I have the problem with a ticket created by email. ServiceDesk sometime sends a notification by email with attachement named "Untitled attachment xxxx.dat" I don't know where the attachement come from? Somebody can help me to remove it when ServiceDesk create an emails?

People who have upgraded to 10.5--is SDP crashing for you constantly?
We upgraded to SDP 10.5 about two weeks ago. The application crashes almost every other day. I contacted support and they had me uninstall the old SDP, then perform a clean install of SDP 10.5 using the 10.5 installer so we could start fresh. Ever since, SDP crashes every day or every other day. I contact support and they restart the services like 10 times then say the issue is resolved. THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED. I'm curious how many other people are having similar issues to us. SDP is installed
Remove Mandatory Field Requirement on Incidents Created by Email
We just updated our SDP from 9414 to 10020. In the old version our ticket manager was able to assign unassigned tickets created by email to a technician or group. On the new version when they try to assign the ticket they get a screen saying mandatory fields cannot be empty. The ticket manager doesn't have time to fill out all of those fields before assigning it to a technician. That is part of the technician's job. We have Allow requesters to reopen their own requests? set to YES because we want users to be able to re-open for a predetermined period of time, but not cases that are over a week or 2 old. unable to upgrade to 10.5
I recently upgraded to 10.0 without issues. I took another backup but when I try to upgrade to 10.5 it always reverts. I am not using Postgresql but in the log I keep seeing Upgrading PostgreSQL Completed extracting 15% Completed [|] [-] Error occured while migrating postgres database. Hello, We have accidently archived requests with request status 'any status' instead of 'closed only'. I know there is no GUI option to restore them, so do you have SQL scripts to do this? SSO / Pass Thru not working
I have no idea why. Everything appears to be set up properly. Pass Thru account was created successfully, I get "success" messages when enabling, but when I visit the page, I get an NTLM failed message and am forced to sign in. When signing in, I can use my domain credentials to successfully sign in. I see some "Access Denied" errors in the logs, but I have no idea what access has been denied, the logs are not very clear. Hello, I've reproduced this bug at the MSP demo website http://itildemo.servicedeskplusmsp.com/ Make a random screenshot with the 'Print screen' button. If you go to request catalog / new inicident, you can paste the screenshot in de description. However, if you clear the description (CTRL-A + DELETE) and click Resolution below to open it, if you want to paste the screenshot in the description again it appears in the Resolution. I can't open the service and I can't upgrade the version

OS Upgrades 1803 -> 1809 Attempt to Apply Twice
Good Morning, After application of an OS upgrade via the "Feature Upgrade" packages, any deployments including the feature update for that machine attempt to apply again. I am not sure what is causing this behavior, but it looks like with the OS upgrade, ManageEngine does not remember that the deployment was applied, and attempts again. Uninstalling Software Silently
I am having an issue with Minitab 17.3.1.0 silent uninstall.I am able to silently install the software with no problems. I have about 88 installs to update to version 18.I can install version 18 silently with no problems. When I try to silently uninstall 17 the status show Not Applicable - Deployment Skipped. When I run the msiexec command right on the test computer it removes the software almost instantly with no UI. I can't figure out what I am missing. Ed

Hi ManageEngine, The technician have picked up, added 1st note and edited the status for the ticket. Then today the technician tried to change it to Resolve but can’t because the ticket is still unassigned even though the technician have picked up. After that the technician edit, choose her name and saved but suddenly she can’t see the ticket anymore. Please help to check. Similar issue happened before, is there any step that she did wrongly?
Trouble with outgoing mail config
Hi, I installed Service Desk Plus (free version) on my laptop to try this software. it was allright, but on the mail config, I have a trouble with the protocol SMTP. With the incoming config hasn't problem, but when I try an answer a request, the module notify an error and not work. The bussiness mail work in Office 365 through a reseller. SD doesn't start after restore DB

The old server specs : old installation upgraded until build 9011 with MySQL The new server specs : New installation, build 9011 with PostgreSQL When I try to restore the DB to the new server, the restore complete successfully but I can't start the SD Server anymore. Hey. So we're trying to automate patching servers When testing we noticed after a server is done installing updates it reboots but then it does not check for updates again, DC only seems to do one wave of updates. We then created 2 deployment times on the same day 9AM-12PM and 4PM-8PM This time after rebooting it did the updates again but only with our 2nd deployment time however after everything was done, I logged in again and the server still had more pending updates. Hi We have a requester who can't open a single request, when the request is found with the search tool. If the requester open the request from the link provided in an email, there is no problem viewing the request. No other requester or technician have this problem, and it's the only request (that we are aware of), that have this problem. We are running version 9400.
SSO on Chrome
I have SSO working on IE, it automatically log in users in the application, but when they try to do the same in chrome a popup appears to enter credentials. How this can be fixed?
Popup boxes with SelfService Portal after upgrade to 10.0.368
After upgrading to the latest version (10.0.368) our users are now getting 4 popup boxes when they open the SelfService portal. 1st box is a long Alpha Numeric string with an OK button 2nd box is "Zoho Corporation private Limited" with an Ok Button 3rd box is a repeat of the first 4th box is a repeat of the second After you click "ok" in the final box the Selfservice portal window does show up and is functional. The problem is our users think there's an issue and are all calling our service desk.

Hello, After upgrading to 9.4 Build 9416 our users experience a weird issue. After login some users see a grey page: Other users don't have this problem. Error while deploying template configuration in Desktop Central
Hi All, We have run into an issue after upgrading DC to .368 that trying to use Custom Actions - Resolve Requests Using Template in which the error above appears on templates that had worked previously. Has anyone else seen this issue with the recent patches? SD is on 10.0 Build 10020 but i am not sure if it's related to Service Desk or DC. I figured i would start here first. Thanks
Self Service Portal closes after a few seconds
Hi guys, I have the feeling that since the new version of Desktop Central (10.0.386) the SelfService Portal crashes/closes after a few seconds. When I try to reopen it the same thing happens again.
