I am having an issue with Minitab 17.3.1.0 silent uninstall.I am able to silently install the software with no problems. I have about 88 installs to update to version 18.I can install version 18 silently with no problems. When I try to silently uninstall 17 the status show Not Applicable - Deployment Skipped. When I run the msiexec command right on the test computer it removes the software almost instantly with no UI. 

I can't figure out what I am missing.
