Laptops with Botlocker are hanging after ME DC Plus Agent reboots laptops after sw update

Hi,

After we configured and launched DC Patch Management Module and started applying software updates on our Corp Computers, we discovered the problem with freeze of Laptops after being rebooted by DC Agent following installation of scheduled patches. All laptops have MS Bitlocker Enabled.

Above problem does not apply to desktops that are rebooted by DC Agent without any problems.

Details: after DC Agent sends laptop (WIN 10 Entpr LTSB) to reboot (after patch application), one of the following scenarios can occure:

- laptop immediately goes into HP Hardware Diagnostics
- Bitlocker screen appears with message "No Boot device found..."
- Bitlocker goes immediately to Recovery Mode Screen

In order to restart laptop and bring it back to life, we have to POWER OFF Laptop by Power Key.

Question: how this problem can be fixed, so that after DC Agent reboots laptop it will reboot through normal cycle and go to WIN 10 Logon Screen.
