Hi All,

We have run into an issue after upgrading DC to .368 that trying to use Custom Actions - Resolve Requests Using Template in which the error above appears on templates that had worked previously.

Has anyone else seen this issue with the recent patches?

SD is on 10.0 Build 10020 but i am not sure if it's related to Service Desk or DC. I figured i would start here first. Thanks
