Opmanager Mail Server Not Working
Hi Team, No incoming and outgoing mail are working on OpManager, all settings in mail server configuration is ok even also test on outlook and webmail(another client) and found ok, but in OpManager its not working check all service ports and no blockage there. In OpManager Some of the Cisco Devices are not monitoring for Temprature
Dear Team, We are facing issue with temperature monitoring for couple of cisco devices such as Nexus 7000, ISR4331 router etc... Can't reset admin password
I was setting up a new copy of SD Plus a while ago and got pulled onto something else, now I've come back to it I find I stupidly changed the administrator password and didn't make a note of it. personal password cannot be retrieved, but can be viewed in the UI
I'm running 10400 and have an issue copying a single password into the clipboard. I've tried to do this in both Firefox 71, and Chrome 79.0.3945.88 and I'm not running any addons in either browser. While I can click on the ***** to view the password and it displays correctly, when I click on the 'copy to clipboard' button, nothing happens. The entries above and below it in the UI work just fine. The only difference is that this password contains a single quote character.
Service Desk Plus Inventory Scanner Terrible
Is it me or is the inventory scanner that is part of Service Desk Plus unreliable and doesn't automate enough of the data? I have approximately 340 devices it can't scan or the scan fails. I get the ones that may not be there but some are there and it just can't do what it needs to do. Seems like this utility needs to be rewritten? Anybody using something else to populate the inventory?
Users with Mac unable to click Proceed
I have users who have Mac laptops who are unable to click proceed when trying retrieve a password. See attached screen shot. Happens in Chrome and Safari. Has anyone seen this?

Data retention for monitors Database Query Monitor
Hello, I noticed suspicious behavior on data rétention for monitors type "Database Query Monitor" (build 14420 on Windows). As you can see on the "config.png" attach, i expect a data rentention of : - 192 hours for RawData - 90 days for Hourly statistics - 365 days Daily statistics it works on most monitors but not for "Database Query Monitor" type : - i have about 6 hours of RowData - I have about 7 days of Hourly statistics - I have no Daily statistics Why ? Interface detection and SNMPv3
Hi, I've just found out, that for our Cisco-Switch (C3560E) interface detection only works when using SNMPv1/2. When I remove the device and re-add as SNMPv3 device, no interfaces are detected. Rediscovery doesn't work either. Will this be fixed with the upcoming patch? Regards G. Weiss

I noticed that whilst typing a new message out of a ticket, the messages gets saved automatically after some time. Whenever this happens, the cursor jumps back to the beginning. This can be very annoying since it can happen multiple times when you write a long response.

Linux devices incorrect Memory utilization
i have noticed that my op manager server is displaying that i have only 4 % of memory available on a linux server but when i go into the server it shows more than 40 % available. doing some research i found out that it is doing the calculation with the free memory data not with the available memory. is it any know fix for this.

After a recent Windows update and what appears to be a ServiceDesk Plus Update, ServiceDesk never fully starts / is not accessible. We see the following in StartupFailure.txt: SERVER SHUTDOWN - The build number in GlobalConfig and build xml does not match. Can someone suggest a resolution?

SQL Server Reporting Services 2016 report does not display in dashboard
We had several SQL Server Reporting Services 2008R2 reports on our dashboard. We recently upgraded our SQL Server Reporting Services server to 2016. Now, when we try to display the report, we get an error:

When viewing the Change list using Chrome Version 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit), there are no horizontal or vertical scroll bars in the window. Can't change site with rules
I am creating a incident template and I want to change the site field depending on which region is chosen in a region field. eg. If a region is set to "NCA" then the site should change to "New York" But the field rules do not seem to change this/ nor any custom script - eventhough the same setup works for other fields. I have installed the servicedesk professional and since syncing our active directory I’m unable to login as an admin to administer the system can only login as a requester. I have tried our ad admin accounts and the built in servicedesk admin accounts without success. Any help would be appreciated

I am trying to set up my NFC Enrollment App. I have it installed on an Android device. I enter the MDM Server Name and Port and I constantly get "server not reachable" I can access the server via the same name in a web browser, but not from the APP. Hi All, We have been performing in-place upgrades of Windows 7 to finish up a couple lingering PCs. We have noticed when the PC is upgraded, the inventory page for that machine in DC errors out with the following error. This happens for Windows 7 -> 10 and for server 2008 -> 2012 R2. Running v11003 and notice that the Description field no longer shows the Help Text on hover. Is this field excluded from the Request Fields? This worked before which allowed us to provide some context for the main body of forms. Note: It does show the blue exclamation icon with the correct Help text when using the form builder.
