RDP not working for stored WindowsDomain Users

RDP not working for stored WindowsDomain Users

Greetings,

we are implementing Password Manager Pro in our organization and we want to deploy these solution giving the opportunity to logon into the Windows Server machines to our outsourcers, without knowing the domain users’ password. To accomplish this, we created a domain user for that purpose and it is able to log by RDP from my PC to our servers.

After that test, I created a WindowsDomain user account on PassowrdManager Pro and I grant them the ability to use it.  When I choose the resource to connect with, I specify that user selecting as resource name the WindowsDomain previously created and the account granted to the outsourcing group.

Unfortunately the connection stuck on a white page waiting for connection, but no firewall rules seems to be blocked by our firewalls from the PasswordManager Server. We also tried to disable the Network Authentication Level with no luck.

I also tried to logon from PasswordManager to the same server with an account from this option, to verify if it is reachable:

And it works perfectly.

This problem occurs for almost all servers and I’m not able to figure out what is missing to PasswordManager to let it works as expected.

I tried to look into Windows and PasswordManager logs but I’m not able to find evidence of these facts. Could you please help me find a solution for this problem?

Thanks
Luca
