Software being reported by inventory as installed: Adobe Reader 9.4.4
The software was manually uninstalled from the system, which failed to complete. To remediate we have run the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter, which claimed to have completed the uninstallation of the application, as well as running CCleaner, which cleaned up related orphaned objects in the registry. However, after rerunning inventory scans, multiple times, we are still seeing the software as installed.
Additional test - We have installed and uninstalled Adobe Reader DC v19 several times, as a test and confirm it appears in and disappears from inventory as expected, on the same system.
