I'm moving from a Windows 2008 server to a new Windows 2019 server using the internal database I followed the steps provided in the knowledgebase for moving a new server with a new IP (

When I troubleshoot an agent everything connects expect the "notification server". I've tested via Telnet that I can connect to all of the ports on the new server and I've confirmed the firewall is off/AV is not blocking the connection. I've reached out to support and they've suggested a few items: replacing the htaccess file and delete the certificates from the agents but none of these items have helped. I'm on release 10.0.450 any suggestions?
