Different values between "Test monitor" and MIB Browser
Hi! I have a problem that I've never seen before. I have added some custom monitors (about one year ago). They worked fine. Yesterday I controlled them and found out that values aren't correct any more. Immediately I checked it by using your MIB Browser (the same device, the same credentials, the same OID). Then I've got values as expected (but completely different form the values returned from the custom monitor). What is wrong with this monitor? I'm adding two screenshots here so that you can see
[BUG] Data files size chart for MS SQL databases
On the chart that comes up for file sizes for databases it shows the correct size on the left but under the chart the Min Max Ave and 9thPercentile numbers show something like 2.14748364737 for the size. It looks like it must be using a 32bit integer counter and cannot handle large numbers over the 2.1+ billion limit. Does the chart use an internal 32bit counter or does it use what the device shows for the counter type?
Upgraded ADmanager Plus and now all custom Scheduled Reports are gone

Need to edit admin login screen
When I open the Self-Service Admin Login screen the user name and password fields are all ready populated with a username and password. Clicking on Login takes me to the user login screen. I need to remove the username and password that are currently in the Admin Login screen fields. thanks,
Windows monitor - SNMP - Unable to fetch the active process list
Hi, We are trying to configure windows server monitor - through SNMP mode. We get the results for CPU, Memory, Disk utilizations correctly. But when we try to configure individual process we get the result that the "system is down." . Since i am new to application manger i could not find out the reason for this issue. Am trying to configure for windows 2000. Can anyone help me in this issue? Thanks in Advance.
Service will not start
I am having problems starting the ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus Service. This is installed on Windows 2003 Web Edition, Service Pack 2 When starting the service using services.msc it may start for a few seconds and then show error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly. The application and system log do not show anything other than the above message. The server has also been rebooted several times. I'm sure this has been raised before but the priorities are listed alphabetically and not logically. So, Priorities High, Medium & Low are listed as [ High, Low, Medmium]. This isn't logical.
PMP causing high CPU utilization?

there is no attachment in outgoing mail from SDP server after 7509 update
I have my custom report that by shedule task send to my e-mail every day. Since Iinstall 7509 update I get mail but without attachment (report in xls format). Request mail I get normal (in my request no attachment at all). I install ms office outlook on SDP server and configure SMTP on it. Save local my xls report. Create mail and attache xls. Send it. I get mail with attachment. This say that my mailserver (Exchange 2007) work fine.

Active Directory Sync-Version 7.5.0-Build 7509
Since moving to version 7.5 (~4-6 months ago) the active directory synchronization process has not been working...pass-thru authentication appears to be fine, but neither new users nor changes to existing users are showing up. Slow Switch Port Mapper Scan
Hallo We've installed the OpUtils Tool in our factory. So far it's working great an we get all informations which we looking for. At the moment, we've got 112 Cisco devices an around 3300 switchports to scan. The hole system runs on a virtual VMWare ESX server, with Windows Server 2003, 3 GHz processor and 512 MB memory. Stop non-requesters from submitting tickets via Email
How do I stop ServiceDesk Plus from creating a ticket that is sent via email from someone who is not in the requesters list? I have both Dynamic User Addition and User Login Addition set to No but that makes no difference.

Problem with Business Views
Hi I've got problems running opmanager on a 64 bit windows. most works fine except the business views. With the current release of OpManager (Build 8021) it is impossible to create new Business views (the flash plugin hangs while initializing the new Business view) or add new devices to an existing one (after a click on add device the site has to be reloaded to be responsive again). After the installation on a 32 bit windows, the creation worked, but adding of new Machines doesn't work too. Is there
Agent version is not compatible

Notification profile not working with only an event log alarm
Hello, We have a server where we place a notification profile based on when an event in the server's log occurs. The notification profile works when you test it but not when the server experiences the issue. Netflow Analyzer 7 Professional Post Crash Problem
We currently have Netflow Analyzer 7 Professional running on a windows 2003 R2 SP2 server. A couple of days ago we discovered that Netflow had crashed. When you tried to access the Netlfow Analyzer web-console you got an "Apache Tomcat 404 error". Starting the Netlfow Analyzer console from the servers start menu shortcut caused the browser to hang and not display a window. The "ManageEngine Netflow Analyzer 7" service was still running on the server and we were able telnet to the Netflow web-server
"Jump To" Link not working on Neflow after changing Opmanager from HTTP to HTTPS
Dear Support Team, Ever since chaning the Opmanager from HTTP to HTTPS, the "jump to" link from Netflow Server to Opmanager no longer works. When clicking on the button, the link refers to null://nms.xxx.eu:443/overview.do?selectedTab=Home. How can I remote the null and change it to https so that this link finally works again? [BUG] MS SQL Transactions per second monitor
When you click the link for this monitor the counter for each database is listed for "Today" but if you change that to say last 24 hours the names of the databases for the counters disappears and is replaced with the name of the server for every counter.

No notification sent by SLA
Hi, I looked through the posts but none of them could help me. I'm currently running the demo version of ServiceDeskPlus. Now I'm testing the SLA functionality and so I created my own SLA (see picture below). As you can see the time limits are very short for testing purposes. The resolution time is set according to the sla. All technicians are associated with the right site. But I don't get any sla notifications. Other notifications (for example "request resolved") are working, so it's not the server.
Unusally High CPU usage after upgrading to 7.5
Hi, I just noticed that the CPU usage suddenly increase to 90% level since we upgraded to version 7.5 for 7016. we have a dual qual xeon with 4gig ram. normally, we use only less than 15% with other applications running. The service sqlserv.exe uses most of the cpu. has anyone encountered this after the upgrade? thanks, mico
Unable to modify Techinicans - SDP Crashes.
2 Issues I cannot login locally on the SDP server using the local admin or a AD account (I can login from my machine using the admin account with local authentication) Secondly, I have 3 Technicians I seem to be unable to modify. I have recently upgraded from 7022 to 7509 (this problem was existed in 7022 and earlier versions) Never had a need to change anything so wasnt a drama. Applied Latest Update 8022 - Now Interface Stats no longer linked to Netflow? Help!
Dear Support Team, after applying the 8022 Update to Opmanager, to my shock I notice that under interface reports, the link to Netflow has disappeared. This was a great function and very useful to get some quick per-minute traffic stats. However now it seems you have replaced it with the poor looking netflow plugin. The plugin also only shows per-hour stats! So it makes the netflow plugin not very useful. I want my old link to the "top ten sources, applications, destinations, and connections" back!
SD 7509 Workstation, Servers, product name only appears for servers and not workstations
hi all my servers are hp proliant servers, under the product type they are classified as servers and not workstations but when i click on workstations i cannot find them under servers but they are listed as workstations (desktops in fact) when i click on edit a particular hp proliant server under model section the drop down list is not filled out, when i click on the drop down list the proliant server type is not listed (but it does exist under products as product type server) when i click on edit
Closing Request - Late redirect to Resolution
Hi, Because we have forced technicians to enter a resolution, recently alot of technicians have complained that when closing a request, they are redirected to the resolution section AFTER they have filled out a detailed "Comment". Disconnections with database Mysql
Hi, i have Opmanager with version 8020 licenced to 1000 devices. My problem is it get disconnect with its Mysql database every 2 or 3 days. i mean opmanager services keeps on running but when i enter in the application in the snapshot of the device i see data not available . and it stop collecting traffic and once i restart opmanager service it start wroking well without problem and it repeate the problem again in 2 o 3 days and again i need to restart the services. i have open the ticket
Email Notifications
I am noticing an issue with notifications. Before we upgraded to 7.5, we had setup custom email notifications. We set up our notifications as text only, with specific fonts, so we get consistent messages on replies. Once we upgraded to 7.5, this no longer works and it looks like the editor is trying to remove the carriage returns and running our words together. When I try to fix this, it hangs on saving and never actually saves anything. I tried wireshark the connection from the app to the database
Can't detect interfaces
I'm having some annoying problems with some Netgear kit - I can't discover the interfaces. FVX 538 firewalls WG102 Wireless access points GSM7224 switch With the FVX538s, I can test the SNMP credentials and they do pass (the CLI credentials pass too) but the interfaces will not discover. The especially annoying but about these is that they worked under Opmanager 7. :( The WG102s won't even pass the SNMP credentials tests. I'm sure the community is set correctly, but the SNMP test always fails.
Uninstall NCM Plugin from Opmanager 8021
Hello, can someone please tell me how to remove the trial version of the NCM (Network Configuration Management) module from Opmanager 8021? The NCM plugin doesn't work, and I'm tired of the backups taking longer than before. It should be made easier to get rid of such plugin applications - or at least one should be warned that it is not simple to de-install it after trying it out. AppManager CPU Utilization
I have a fresh install of AppManager running on Ubuntu 9.04 and the CPU utilization stays at over 90% running a java process. This does not seem to come down unless I bring the AppManger down. Any help would be much appreciated.

Problem while fetching workstations in the domain.
