Since moving to version 7.5 (~4-6 months ago) the active directory synchronization process has not been working...pass-thru authentication appears to be fine, but neither new users nor changes to existing users are showing up.  I have verified that the domain controller is accessible and have tried the process against multiple DC's.  I had hoped that 7509 would resolve the issue, but it doesn't appear that it has.  The manual sync that I ran last night just slows down the system and after more than an hour I have to restart ServiceDesk to get everything running again.

Any assistance is appreciated.
