We have configured the Audit settings in our ServiceDesk Plus 7.0 Build 7022, which should automatically add new workstations every 5 days.

This seems not to work, as the System Log contains the following entry (every 5 days):

• System Log Message: THE-DOMAIN : Problem while fetching workstations in the domain.
• Module: Inventory
• Occured At: Tue Aug 04 16:26:17 CEST 2009
• Probable Cause: -
• Performed By: System

For the affected domain, the settings under "Windows Domain Scan" are all correct - when I start a manual scan with the predefined settings, it works just fine.
