We are trying to configure windows server monitor - through SNMP mode. We get the results for CPU, Memory, Disk utilizations correctly. But when we try to configure individual process we get the result that the "system is down." . Since i am new to application manger i could not find out the reason for this issue.

Am trying to configure for windows 2000.

Can anyone help me in this issue?
