I looked through the posts but none of them could help me.
I'm currently running the demo version of ServiceDeskPlus. Now I'm testing the SLA functionality and so I created my own SLA (see picture below).
As you can see the time limits are very short for testing purposes. The resolution time is set according to the sla. All technicians are associated with the right site.
But I don't get any sla notifications. Other notifications (for example "request resolved") are working, so it's not the server. They are not cought by the spam filter.
What could be the problem?
