PMP causing high CPU utilization?

PMP causing high CPU utilization?

Hello, about 2 months ago, we deployed Password Manager Pro, version 6.0.0, build 6002 on our VMware platform whereby this application is dedicated on its own virtual server.  Recently, we've noticed the CPU uitlization creep up over time; eventrually it would peg to 100% and application would slow down to a crawl and/or hang.  It seems like a memory leak of some kind and  is more prevalent when multiple users and/or password administrators are simultaneously logged into the application.

When the PMP service is stopped on the virtual server, CPU utilization returns back to normal tolerances which confirms something in the application is causing this issue.  As a temporary workaround, we restart the PMP service when this problem occurs but cannot continue to do so on such a frequent basis.

  1. Is this a known issue/bug with this build?
  2. Is is fixed in the upgrade to release 6.1, build 6101?
  3. If not, is there some other patch or recommended action to resolve this?

Thanks,

Chris G.
