connection record missing in IP Group
The problem is that I could not find the connection from IP group. Anyway, the connection could be found from troubleshooting report(raw data). Both NFA 9000 and 9100 have the same issue. Pls kindly help.

Error # The interface is unknown.
Today I see "Error # The interface is unknown." in our build of Appman 9. Last night there were issues with our ESX hosts, this server wasn't affected by this issue but since then we see this error. I tried removing the monitor, it won't allow me to add it again due to this error. The network settings stayed the same so that's not an issue. Network traffic is passing through the system. Anyone have an idea?

Hi I have a sap ccms monitor added in apmanager and i need to modify the hostname of this monitor, it is no possible, the only parameters that i can change are DisplayName* User Name * Password * Polling Interval It is very important for me to change this hostname without delete and recreate the monitor because it has a lot of alarms configured. Flickering in BusinessView
Hi, I've noticed a flicker when moving the cursor up and down a icon in a business view. This is very annoying and sometimes prevent me from clicking a link. Storage issue in netflow analyzer
Hi all, I am using Netflow analyzer version 6.5 and facing storage problem. I am receiving auto generated mail regarding storage, I already checked the option "delete row date when free space is less then 45%" but i think it is not working well. Can’t Add new Technician due to no available Accounts
I am trying to add a new Technician, however, the Available Accounts list is empty. So, when I try to save it says ‘Please Select an Account’. However, no Accounts are visible to be able to select. I have Account (at top right of screen) set to All Accounts. Technicians association for is set to 'All Sites’ All of our Sites are set to Refer to Default Settings. Hi, i have a support rep with AD-login "pf.m". This was working fine. Now i wanted to add a contact with the same name. When i did this, the system asked me if it should link it to the existing support rep. I agreed to this. Afterwards a delete the contact again and also the support rep was deleted. I don't know why. So I wanted to add the support rep again. This was working. Then a tried to activate "enable AD login". But I always get following error: "no more support reps left on your license".

Changed Domain Policy to only use one OU, but users from other OUs are showing up in reports
I've changed our Policy Configuration to select only one OU. However, when I run the 'non-enrolled users' report, it lists users that are NOT in the selected OU. (We have an OU for 'real' users, which I want to be able to use ADSS, and an OU for internal, back-end "system" accounts, which I do NOT want to be able to use ADSS, since those are for other computers, not people.) I have a custom perl script which monitors a custom application. AppManager reports is as passing, but there's a couple problems. First, in the output file I created, there's no output. I tried to tail -f the file, thinking that the data was removed prior to the next poll, but nothing ever shows up there. Generic error when reply to Request
I just had a problem where I was unable to send a reply to a new request. After typing in my replay and sending it, I got a very generic "Sending notification failed". The email address was OK, I could send from other calls OK, you could even send replys from other calls byu the same person. It seemed to be something unique about this request. Problem with "Execute Program" action
I'm trying to configure an alarm that execute a program. I also configured an email action to send an alarm to my email when the application stop responding. When I shut down the application for testing (an Oracle database) I receive the e-mail but the batch file is not executed. Both actions are configured correctly on the alarm section of the monitor. Display issues with employee search
I still have display issues with self service plus when doing an employee search (and subsequent result sets). Custom attributes - I have created a custom attribute " extensionAttribute3" and given it a name of Salutation. ICMP Pings hitting firewall every 3 seconds

OpManager not scanning after backup loaded
We are running version 8723 and are having a problem. After we reloaded a previous backup (using only the config backup) OpManager will no longer scan all of the network devices for status. The only one it looks like it usually scans after loading is the closes router (which all other devices depend upon). But that router is up and snmp data is being pulled. Is there any way to refresh or force OpManager to start scanning.

I have one ServiceDesk system that two separate areas need to use. I have the mail email address for ServiceDesk (HELPDESK@Company.com). I have followed all the steps to create an alias (PHONESUPPORT@Company.com), assign it to a group (Phone Techs), and create a business rule to route anything sent to that address to this group.
