Desktop Central Multiple issues

Hi Team,

We are having the below issues please try to solve for us, we have an enterprise license from ManageEngine Ministry of Interior

1. Desktop Central old agents, old computers still available
2. Installation through GPO (not working through script, instead  we need to use the software installation)
3. moving existinng agent from one Distribution to another
4. Multiple versions for same computers appears in list
5. Upgrade the server to the latest version, unknown error
6. Software inventory list is not upto date
7. Remote desktop session does not work ( many have error of agent version not compatible) (Cannot reopen the remote session once close using the X button for windows 7 )
( cannot open the remote desktop session from ......)
8. New hardware added list is not up tp date)
9. Inventory Asset Alerts/Inventory Audit Summary Report have more number of Not Scanned systems
