OP Manager 8 showing wrong Memory utilization and Disk usage information

OP Manager 8 showing wrong Memory utilization and Disk usage information

Hi all,

MY OP Manager 8 showing wrong Memory utilization and Disk usage information of windows base Hyper V machines.
If i manually check memory utilization of servers then they show different values and OP manager showing other values.
