Need to edit admin login screen
When I open the Self-Service Admin Login screen the user name and password fields are all ready populated with a username and password. Clicking on Login takes me to the user login screen. I need to remove the username and password that are currently in the Admin Login screen fields. thanks,
Service will not start
I am having problems starting the ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus Service. This is installed on Windows 2003 Web Edition, Service Pack 2 When starting the service using services.msc it may start for a few seconds and then show error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly. The application and system log do not show anything other than the above message. The server has also been rebooted several times. Satisfaction Scores calculation
On the survey, when a user completes the survey the system shows a satisafaction score, however this score does not seem to be reflected in any survey report and manual calculation of the users satisfaction istime consuming. Is there any way to automatically get the scores in a report?

Is anyone using the ADSelf Service product via a public web interface so that outside contacts who have AD accounts for remote access but do not have a local office can reset their password/unlock account, etc via a public website (securely)? Security is a big concern, I noticed that the demo on the website was not using SSL, does the applicaiton have this feature? thanks for the input!
Deleting computers from the Installed Machines List in the GINA installation
How can I delete a computer from the GINA Installed Machines?, I installed GINA on this machine for testing purposes. Now, this machine was deleted from AD and I never did the GINA uninstall on it. Eventhough this machines is not active anymore, it still shows in the GINA Installed Machines list. How can I delete that machine from my list?

Is it possible to create a custom GINA as opposed to the standard one issued? Can we also modify the page dispalys the buttons to UNLOCK, RESET PASSWORD and WINLOGON, they are skewed and I know appearance will be an issue with the higher ups.

I've changed my password with ADSelfService Plus. I'm now able to log into ADSelfService Plus with the old password and the new one. I've clicked the refresh button under the domain settings tab, but it still allows me to log in with both.
User Change Password and password policy requirements
I am testing ADSelfService Plus and I cannot get the Change Password feature to work. I enter the "Old Password" and the "New Password" following all complexity, age and history requirements but I always get the error below. I have tested this on a new account that doesn't have a password history (except for the current password) and I still get the same error. The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Exported report does not match generated report
I am attempting to export the un-enrolled users report and no matter what format i choose, the exported report does not show all the users that the generated report shows. We are on build 4.3
Cannot save attribute selections
When I try to check or uncheck attribute selections for inclusion in Self Update and click Save, the dialog box immediately disappears and goes back to the main screen with the changes lost. Any ideas? Thanks.
Generate email reports
I need a way to generate email reports. This would include sending success and failures. I have just sent the enrollment email to users via Policy (since when I choose domain and all the OU's the pgm wante me to enter email addresses). I know of at least 1 user who did not receive the invitation. How do I find out how many others users enrollment emails failed? I really don't want to have to call over 400 users to ask if they received the enrollment invitation or not, nor do I want to resend

Running on W2K8 Core
We have been running ADSelfService Plus on W2K8 Core for over 9 months without issue. But recently the web page is taking a very long time to come up, it at all. Password recovery questions are too insecure!
Your default list of questions for password recovery are so easy to guess that it's laughable. For example, a typical user will pick the easiest questions, like "What is your date of birth" and "What is your favorite color"? Or perhaps: "What is the color of your car"? and "What is the color of your eyes?" Migrating to a new server
We are moving this app to a new server. Is there a way to copy the secret questions/answers from one server to another? The rest of the settings seem pretty straight forward.

ADSelfService does not recognize Thai language login name.
I install ADSelfService Plus 4.3 on Windows Server 2008. I can change passwords for English login names. But when I try changing passwords for Thai language (Unicode) login names, ADSelfService Plus 4.3 cannot find the account in Active Directory. No name appeared in the log file. Please help.

SelfService erasing User logon name off AD for users
Hello, I've gone through the forum and have not seen this issue mentioned but I wanted to take the time to bring it up since I think it's a critical one. We've configured ADSelfService for users to be able to update their general information with nothing pertaining to the domain such as User logon, exchange attributes, etc. It's been working great until we had a user call us that he couldn't get on our VPN. It seems whenever someone attempts to use the Reset Your Password feature their User Logon
