We have Ad self service 4.4 4410 build on DMZ windows server 2008 .

Everything works Ok apart from the ability to reset the password from Gina at CTRL-Alt-Del screen.

The page cannot be displayed comes up.

According to the client logs Gina tries to open URL: http://server:8888/AgentStatusUpdate.cc?

This URL is not reachable through the IE7 too from the client after login.

This URL only works from the Ad selservice server. The URL redirects me to :https://server/html/ResetUnlock.html

This URL is OK from the clients.

How can I configured GIna to go directly to this URL instead?
