Flag being set after Password Reset

Hi,

Ok, I'm trying to understand the behaviour of the Self Service when users change their password. Everyday, I have someone calling me saying that they were able to successfully change their password but they can't use it afterwards. Everytime I check their account the flag "User must change password at next logon" turns itself on. Why is ADSSP doing that? Is there anything I can do to keep the ADSSP from turning that on? It happens everytime you change your password. This ruins the password changing experience for our remote users and it'd like to turn it off if somehow possible.
