Is it possible to change the title of the ADSelfService website from 'ManageEngine - ADSelfService Plus' to something else?

We're working to rebrand/customize the site to fit in with our company standards and have been able to do most of it but have fallen short when it comes to changing the webpage title.

I've found several <TITLE>xxx</TITLE> HTML tags but they don't seem to change the page. I'm guessing it might be buried in mysql but I'm not confident enough to start digging down in to that. If it's not possible to change, then it's not that big a problem, but confirmation either way would be helpful.
