User Change Password and password policy requirements
I am testing ADSelfService Plus and I cannot get the Change Password feature to work. I enter the "Old Password" and the "New Password" following all complexity, age and history requirements but I always get the error below. I have tested this on a new account that doesn't have a password history (except for the current password) and I still get the same error.
The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check the minimum password length,
password complexity and password history requirements - Error Code : 800708c5
My system details are:
2008 Native DomainServer 2003 running AD Self ServiceSSL Cert being used with AD Self ServiceDomain Password Policy:Password History: 24 passwords rememberedMax Password Age: 42 daysMin Password Age: 1 dayMinimum Password Length: 7 charactersPassword Complexity: Enabled
Please respond with possible solutions. I have seen this question on the forum but a relevant answer has yet to be given.
