I am currently on build 4310 and whenever I attempt and upgrade using the Update Manager the progress indicator stops at 98% and say something about post incantation process. I have left the update running for up to 30 minutes with no change in this status and have been forced to delete the SelfService Plus directory and recover from a backup ZIP file.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem would be helpful.
Is it possible to just uninstall version 4310 and install version 4410, while preserving the enrolled user information?
