I’m having some problems with ADSelfService Plus so I need your help. I upgraded to 4.4 and now when users click on the Reset\Unlock Account button on the Windows login screen, a message appears saying “Problem in Connecting with ADSelfService Plus server” Therefore, users cannot unlock their account or reset their password from the Windows login screen. It seems that the machine cannot connect to the sever to do the operation. Do you know what is the problem with this? I need some help as soon as possible. It happened just after I upgraded to the new version.
