Incorrect Time Zone !
Hello, we have the same problem with incorrect Time Zone, and it's not ok for every user to change manually the Time Zone. Why don't you have a "Default Time Zone" setting so that everybody can use it ? How can we install the latest version of tzupdater.jar ? Can you put it here? Or how can we use the tzdata-latest.tar.gz ? Thank you.

Issue with duplicate requesters
I am having an issue where there are two requesters for a user. One is the AD pulled requester and the other is from their requester sending in emails. The emails for both requesters are the same. Is there any fix for this, or reasoning behind it? I verified that the Override setting is enabled in the Self service portal settings. I know that the login name and email need to match for an overwrite, but when some users send an email, the emails come in with "Login name" as their full email. Is this

Hi, I have SDP Ondemand but I can't for the life of me work out how to enable a potential customer to be able to log an issue? My Admin URL is xyz.sdpondemand.manageengine.com (where zyx is my company name) but that is "login screen" only. Where would a customer log an issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I am looking to disable all SSL/TLS protocols for the web console except TLS 1.2 as part of a PCI requirement for our environment. I found within our gateway.conf file that within the comments section Define a SSL coyote HTTP/1.1 Connector on port 8443 for Port 7070 and Port 7272 are slightly different for their Ciphers even though they both use HTTPS. Viewed Ticket notification
Is there a way to know when a technician viewed a request that was assigned to them? I know that in the history tab it shows activity on the request (updates, reassigned, notes, etc) but it doesn't show when the technician viewed the request. Any help is appreciated.
Large wal_archive folder
Under ManageEngine > ServiceDesk > pgsql > data > wal_archive there are 607 files (and growing!) all of roughly 16MB. The first one dates to 04/05/18 which is probably around the time I installed quite a large ServiceDesk patch, we are now up to 9.4 Build 9412. Is there a way to reduce/remove these files and prevent the issue from continually filling up disk space on the server? I am not sure what the 'wal_archive' is used for, as we just take a full backup from time to time with the backupdata.bat

Setup a configuration to upgrade windows 10 with the "Windows 10 Deployment 1709". I followed the steps on the knowledge base article to deploy the 1709 Update. The problem is I setup a config to deploy to our South Dakota location. I ran a report to find all the Windows 10 OS versions which I downloaded and saved. Report help - Reassigned tickets

I would like be able to report on a tickets history, showing which groups it has been reassigned to along it's journey. Mobile App not scanning barcodes
Currently using an iPad with IOS 11.4 as well as an iPhone and it just sits and says scanning at the bottom. Doesn't matter what kind of bar code I try to scan it doesn't do anything.
