Automatic notification to Technician for old Requests

Automatic notification to Technician for old Requests

Hi all,
Please share a few points in how can we configure a feature that will send automatic notifications to Technicians when a specific time interval has passed and assigned tickets were not edited/updated. This should be active only for specific Statuses.
Is this feature possible to accomplish in Servicedesk Plus?
