It would seem the function of this section is to show Solutions that have been marked as available to the Requester, and rank them based on the amount of views.

The problem with the above is that if we have 30 solutions published in total, not all of these will fit on this front screen. The amount of views will also push certain solutions off the front page, and most requesters are unlikely to search the Solutions to find exactly what they need.

What I'd ideally like is a 'pinned' list of Solutions of what I want to display, and this only change when we decide. We know what our top requests are, and we can also tailor it if a new product has gone live and we want to draw attention to a Solution related to it.

I cannot find anything in the settings, or the admin guide that lets me pick Solutions. 

Is there perhaps another widget we can add?
