ServiceDesk Plus and Dashing

Recently, we started to use (test) ServiceDesk Plus. We really like this system and we continue to study its possibilities and We use the OpenSource system "Dashing" and output various information. We would like to display information on various dashboards from ServiceDesk Plus. Dashing can work with api, but I can not get data or can it be better to receive data directly from PSQL? Can you help with this?
