How to determine when a Domain or Workgroup was added to SoM
I was going through some reports this morning and noticed a workgroup that I hadn't noticed before. Problem is that the SoM doesn't show who created or when it was created. Is there a way to get this information?

Pending View
Hello, I noticed under the "Pending Request" view on-hold, and open tickets are also displayed. Why? Is there anyway to change this view to show pending only to avoid confusion? What is the difference/definition of open and assigned & pending and assigned? I know the tickets still "in progress" ,but why group those 3 together under pending but separate them for on-hold and open? I want to make sure I'm not missing anything is all.
Mailflow suddenly stops...
Suddenly, whilst midst of our work, mailflow stopped working? Error is always: "Mail sending failed. Invalid addresses. Failed addresses: emailadres". Regardless of which mailaddresses i use, this is always the error. I immediatelly tested our own mailserver, but we are all receiving and sending mails through our own Exchange server without issues - incoming and outgoing. What is going on?

Hello The Requester is able to add an attachment into the request some days after he created the request. Because there isn't a notification to the technician, it can get forgotten. URL Response time graph widget - Can it be done?
Hi I'm trying to setup a dashboard showing various website response time graphs on it, so that we can compare amongst different sites. I cant find a widget that will show response time graphs for a URL though. The closest I can get is "Last n hours response time" under availability & response, but that doesn't show any info if I choose a URL as the device. (they work fine if I choose a typical network device or similar) I'm using Opmanager 11600. Cheers Dave

Good day! I have a task to upgrade my ManageEngine Service Desk from version 9.3 to the last. I left instructions from the official site and here from this site. I managed to upgrade to version 9400. After the next update to 9426 or 10000, I constantly got an update error "Sorry, your upgrade from 9400 to 10000 failed. Send us the log file for further analysis.". Auto Fill request when replying from the requester
I created a new template with new additional fields "Questions", I want when the requester replies to the request questions, these fields get updated in the request automatically? and a second questions, Could I customize the Printer Preview to select some fields only in the request details or the requester details (not all the fields)? Can not enroll device take 2
Seems as though my last post was deleted so I'll tray again. Can not enroll an Android 8.1 device. Send by invitation. Personal device. Install the MDM app on the device and it authenticates. Work profile starts to be installed onto the device. The icon to the MDM app then disappears and I get something that states "OperatorPluggin has stopped working". The device does not finish setting and remains as "Yet to Enroll" in the console (Cloud).

Trouble deploying KB4056894 - March Update
I am attempting to deploy March patches with PatchManager Plus and for some reason all of the Windows 7 computers that I am attempting to deploy KB4056894 to are failing. The Remarks are “Unknown Error. Code : -2145124329”. The help indicates that is a corrept file system but I find it hard to believe that all my Windows 7 computers suddenly have a corrupt file system. Is anyone else experiencing this?
