We have multiple Amazon Workspaces in our environment that we have been unable to install desktop central on.
I'm unable to remote deploy, I just get a network error every time. I've worked with ManageEngine support and done the suggestion of opening ports 135 and 445 but it did not help at all. I've also been able to manually install DC on the workspace after doing some registry changes but even though it's installed, it's still not showing up in DC.
We are able to ping the workspace from the server, as well as ping the server from the workspace. What are we missing here to get these remote deployments to work. Currently we have multiple workspaces out in the open without a way to patch them regularly.
