i tried to upgrade application manager 13 build 13980 to application manager 14 by downloading the service pack 14 and opening updateManager.bat from bin folder, then browse the service pack .ppm file

but this error is appeared : the file may be corrupted or check the available disk space

 

how can i solve this upgrade issue
