Hi, There is an oracle database monitor that can not see the tab ASM. The user have the privileges on the view V$ASM_DISKGROUP and when I checked on it show the next: But our DBA show a different output on the same database with the same user: I had reset the monitoring but still the same issue. No auto refresh of requests in SDP OnDemand?
The older versions of SDP had the ability to refresh the site within a set period of time. It appears this option has gone a way with the OnDemand version. Now my team is missing tickets as a result. How can we put this back in place?

[SOLVED] Auto change Status after some time when waiting for an answer
Good Day, If we are sending a message out of a ticket, we often put the status on Hold, which does also stop the SLA as long as the status stays like this. If the customer however does not reply to the message, the ticket stays like this and no one is looking after it anymore and there is no progress. It is kind of a dead end. Is there an option to prevent this from happening? For example, the status changes automatically to in Progress after 5 days or that the system sends a reminder to the customers
Linux agent - README file
Hi, when you unpack the Linux agent installer there's a LINUX_README.html file, but if you're working via a terminal this is very difficult to read. I think it would be an improvement if the readme was a simple text file, so that you didn't need a graphical interface to view it. Thanks!

Prevent technicians from picking up tickets without filling in mandatory fields
So we have setup On Form Load rules which work great - if we want to change the tehcnician from Unassgined to Assigned - this mandates fields like category etc. this does not apply to 'Pickup' though so when a technician selects Pick Up request, it will allow to get the technician assigned without entering mandatory fields. How to make Pick Up invoke Mandate fields requirement? Thanks.
ADSS Licence issue
Hi Can i request some help please ? I am having a issue where my licence count is incorrect i have purchased 1400 licence On the licence info drop down it reports that i have consumed 1398 licence Enrolled - 1098 Not-Enrolled - 300 Available - 2 When looking at reports for enrolled i have 1046 enrolled and 145 not enrolled and 1045 licenced users. Can someone tell me how to resolve the issue as we need to get people enrolled but only showing as having 2 licence available regards Ryan

User File Access Audit Report

I have never used it before and I've been tasked to determine if I could get an audit report to determine what files a particular user on a particular computer access on a specific date. Hi, I've setup a user de-provisioning process based on a file that our HR dept send us. The automation policy currently reads the file in and runs each step for each user, i would like to be able to create a list of all users in the file and email it to someone. I can write a PowerShell script to do what i want but want it to only run once rather than multiple times. Is this possible in AD Manager Plus? thanks
Keyword Search - Very few number of results
Current version 10017 In the keyword search on the home page at the top, with Default Search chosen, the number of results are very small for the word being put in. Example, the first name of a technician that has been using it for over 5 years got 19 results. Is there an explanation for so few results? Also the documentation on using the keyword search is very thin. I do not see anything talking about how to use wildcards, if double quotes or Boolean can be used. Also what does the [/] mean in

Running ServiceDesk Build: : 10.0 Build 10017 We've had training on this already by ManageEngine however I am continuing to struggle with notifications on Change Management. There are too many notifications. I have changed the workflow and removed any individuals from the notification list yet it still sends out notifications. For Example. We have a simple change control process. 1. Requester submits a change. 2. Change gets created 3. Requester completes the planning stage No email notifications
Increase Limit for Associated Changes to Projects
I've been working on a large project with that has many associated changes. I have found that ServiceDesk limits the amount of changes you can associated to a project to 25. Can this number be set drastically higher? For smaller projects this may be fine but any larger projects could easily have more than 25 changes associated. Thanks
Imported wrong certificate, cannot log into console.
I was trying to import a third party certificate using my Windows CA Server. By accident I imported a user certificate and now I cannot log into to the console not matter what I try. I've tried all browsers and I get a certificate mismatch err and it does not allow me to proceed. I opened a ticket yesterday morning (653009) but support has not been able to come up with a solution. I would think that all we need to do it remove the certificate so I assume this would need to be done from command line

Good day! I have problem after upgrade SD version 9335 to 10017. When I use search, in funtionction "submit for approval", and do input first name recipient, SD don’t search it, but show loading list logo. This situation continues 8-10 minutes, then I can choose recipient. I think the query is incorrectly work. Is too long time. How can fix it?
Asset type - Change after creation
I see there has been many posts around this, but with no solution, The posts date quite far back, so im hoping the issue has been resolved since and is documented on a post I cant find! :) How do you change an Assets product type? Desktop Central OS Deployment - Incorrect username/password after update
We updated Desktop Central to 10.0.366 over the week and now the OS deployment tool doesn't work. I have updated our bootable media but when we try to deploy image it does not work and I get either an Invalid Username/Password or The specified network password is not correct depending on how I try to deploy the image. I've tried via username/password, via PIN and via MAC address? ANy help greatly appreciated. Mike

System Health Report Filtered by Dynamic Custom Group
I have a dynamic custom group of servers that I use to do automated patch deployment with. I need to be able to schedule a system health report to send to my manager to report on our patching status to executives. When I go to create a System Health Report and add a Custom Group filter, only the static Custom Groups are available. Is there anyway to do this with our Dynamic Custom Groups?

Old configuration being reapplied automatically
Hello, Lets say that I have a computer name PCA to which I have pushed a configuration (software deployment). This pc is a VM and I have taken a snapshot of it just after I installed the desktop central agent. I decide to revert to my snapshot. Then when the pc is available, desktop central seems to push back the configuration i pushed earlier automatically. Is this normal behavior ? Thanks. Marco

Would be nice to have another field to import pictures into the notifications. Using the current notification html don't allow pictures to be emailed to mobile devices. [SOLVED]Link requests: add filter for 'requests by requester'
When you bring up the link requests window, it would be extremely helpful if there was a 'show' filter for 'requests from this requester', so that you could quickly see all the requests submitted by the current requester. Often a requester will raise a new SR about an issue that I can remember dealing with in the past - so my current work flow is go to 'Actions > View requests by requester' and then take a note of the ticket number, and then go 'Actions > Link requests' and enter the ticket number

Troubleshooting Sync Issues (How-To)
Is there a troubleshooting guide for cloud users to look at when the sync between SD+ fails. I've searched and found a bunch of tips and steps to take but I don't know if a) they worked b) are recommended by Zoho. Example: Service Catalog names can't contain " / " as the sync fails due to an unrecognized character. Any chance you guys could create this as a post for us to look at prior reaching out to support?
