Enrollment Issue - Testing Enrollment removes that users from enrollment

So here's a high level description. I am testing ADSelf Service Plus for my company. We would love to use it if we can get it working with mac and windows, but that has been unsuccessful. We installed the server on a test machine and the client on a mac to begin mac testing. I saved a single policy that applies to all OU's. Then I use the quick enrollment to import a csv of my account along with some near by coworkers. The import says it is successful. I check the reports section to see all accounts enrolled and I see all 4 account I added.

Next, I get on the mac with the client installed and configured to point to the main server. I then try to reset my password. It says that the account doesn't exist or I need to enroll (yet I already did). THEN, when I hop back on to the server and check my enrolled users, my account was now missing. I repeated this process for the rest of the accounts and all were removed once I tried to reset the password.

If you have any insight, please let me know. I don't even know where to begin debugging. It would need to be csv import unfortunately. I want to move ahead with the product, but I'll have to switch to MS-SSPR if I can't get this working.
