Client is asking to add this as a feature request: Allow approver to forward the request to another person. The case where John is the approver for a request, when John reviews the request details he notices that request is not within his scope so he should be able to change the approver to another person.

Just an idea, but it would be great if the top navigation/menu bar in ServiceDesk Plus could be locked so that it always remains at the top of the screen when you scroll down through a ticket. Feature request: Mac encryption reboot behaviour
Hi, I have a problem patching macOS systems that are encrypted using FileVault 2 -- when the system reboots, it requires the user to be present to enter the password for filevault to unlock the disk. This means that automatic patching of encrypted macs is not possible, as they do not automatically start up again afterwards. Cannot choose options from self-service
Since the upgrade to build 6000, the self-service dropdowns no longer work. They show the text "ads.common.text.select_empty", and clicking on the dropdown provides no options, when there are really a couple dozen. Below is what I see:

Ignore strings in configs
Hi! We're evaluating NCM and found that, at least, in Mikrotik routers, that when config is backed up, some, commented, strings are marked as DIFF. So, if you config schedule for every hour, than you'll have a 24 copies for every day - which is not good. Example - in Mikrotik Routers at every config export shows current time: Is there any way to ignore or filter such strings in NCM comparation ?

I use HTTPS with a public subdomain attached and all working correctly. I moved on to testing the Windows agent and I am presented with the following. The access URL setting only allows me to enter the server name, but SSL will only work with FQDN. How to fix this?

Hi We have been using SD+ since 2008 and now wish to purge some of the older requests from the system. If I archive them, I understand that I cannot then delete them. How to import\export all assets using CSV?
We have more than 20 CI Types which are managed as assets and we put all of them to the XLS file. Now we want to import all of them at once. How can we do that? Also it would be great if we can export all the Assets to be able to correct mistakes and import back corrected file. It is a pain to edit every single asset/product using SDP MSP. Excel does it much better.

CMDB - Ability To Move CI's To Different CI Type?
I currently have some CI's that I have added all the relationships to but now I want them under a different CI Type Parent. Mainly to differentiate with different icon. However, I can not find a way to do this. The only way currently is to delete the CI and then recreate it under the new parent CI Type that I want it at. Is there any way to do this without having to delete it and recreate the CI plus all the relationships???

Exclude local account from periodic reset
Hi, I've setup a schedule to change the local passwords on a Windows device which is working OK however I need to exclude 1 of the accounts but can't seem to find a way to do it. Each of our Windows devices has a unique local user account (sophossauxxx where xxx is the hostname) that is used to auto-update our AV product. If I let PMP change that password then updates fail. Ideally, a wildcard exclude would be best, something like *sophos* Thanks
