Last Ticket Update Information
Hi, I'm looking for a report that will show me the last date a ticket was updated, and what the update was (be that a note or a conversation). The aim is to check that tickets are being checked/updated each week. Would want to limit it to a set of Technician Groups, group by Technician and sort by last update date. Hello This is a problem sometimes happen in our MSP 9408 build When creating a WorkOrder additional field, SDP says it's ok, but then it isn't shown on the list. Surprisingly, later is imported on Analytics Plus, so, somehow, it exists... Let's say we create a WorkOrder field named "Linea", as a PickList text if I query all the files in "columnaliases", it isn't shown In the results, the last one columname in table WorkOrder_Fields is UDF_CHAR40, so I "Linea" to be UDF_CHAR41, but it doesn't exist

Installing a different edition of Windows 10
I have 50 computers that have Windows 10 Pro on it and I want to re-install with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC. I would ideally like to use a template so that I can install with different applications etc. I don't want to have to PXE boot these machines and touch each one of them. I want this done all remotely. Is there no solution for this?

Autostart Password Manager Pro on CentOS 7 with systemd
I followed instructions on https://www.manageengine.com/products/passwordmanagerpro/help/installation.html#start-lin for Linux and it generated Sys-V start/stop script (/etc/init.d/pmp-service) but service is not automatically starting after CentOS 7 server is rebooted. Tried to enable the service via systemctl enable pmp-service but this fails with pmp-service.service is not a native service, redirecting to /sbin/chkconfig. Executing /sbin/chkconfig pmp-service on service pmp-service does not support
