In my adventures with ServiceDesk MSP we've had configured many billing rules for specific Contracts.
I'd like to know if there is a possibility to create a global billing rules which will be executed regardless of contract?
The Idea poped in my head because as we were creating new Contract we selected option to block user requests and then we couldn't get any changes in charges for in-operational hours, holiday hours and such, having a supplimetary global billing rules for contracts like that would greatly improve use of ServiceDesk MSP and it would be a fine addition to its vast number of features.
