Report or Trigger on Checklists

Report or Trigger on Checklists

I've been tasks with figuring out a way to auto-close an incident when it's checklist is completed. I've looked at ways to trigger something or to use a report to run a script. However, I'm stuck because I can't determine a way to identify tickets with checklist and/or the checklist's status. 
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
